Over the past year I've have developed a new admiration for children's innocence and their perception of the world.
There is a kid in all of us waiting for an invite to come out and play. Stirring from a long nap. Play time can breathe some much needed fresh air into our lungs, inspiration to our minds and warmth to our hearts. Laughter and smiles to our faces are an added bonus. Seeing the world through a child's eyes brings out a certain level of innocence lost by growing up too quickly in our modern society.
Try to imagine looking at the world as if you are seeing everything for the first time. Return to innocence with the playful, carefree attitude with not a care in the world. An unchained and unleashed spirit free of preconceived notions and judgements. Using our untamed imaginations for belief in fairy tales, dreams and wishes coming true. For happy endings do exist for those that BELIEVE.
There is something to be said for the way a child views our world. We are all brought into this world with no preconceived ideas or notions about the way things have to be. For the ego surfaces with society molding and conditioning us.
Take a moment in your day to fight those preconceived adult notions and let the child out to play and DARE TO DREAM!
